Description

It can be used in multiple ways as a simple cream or with the addition of milk.

The whole grain cereals used in Holle creams are in a digestible form, which is particularly suitable for babies. The nutrients of the cereal grains are gently unlocked through heat and moisture. Using whole grain cereals means that most of the nutrients are preserved for the healthy development of your baby.

Important information:

  • Start feeding with cereals after the 4-6 months, depending on your baby's development and individual needs.
  • Do not give to babies under 4 months as a substitute for breast milk.
  • It is advisable to start with one cereal at a time and not to combine them.
  • It is good to start with rice cream or millet cream before proceeding with the other Holle cereal creams.

Holle offers 4 gluten-free cereal creams:

  • Rice cream
  • Millet cream
  • 3-grain cream
  • Millet cream with apple & pear

Also wheat-free are Dinkel semolina creams and oat cream. The semolina cream and muesli cream contain wheat.

This review is about the flavors: from Spelt Wheat

It doesn't have any specific taste, very neutral, if the baby gets used to it, they will eat it, but as a product, I don't think it offers anything.

Maybe it's a coincidence or as they say, "it didn't sit well with the baby," but our baby didn't react well to it. While he enjoyed eating it (tasty for oatmeal), it caused him colic and diarrhea.

She doesn't really like it plain, but I put it in homemade spinach puree (I make spinach root, that is :)..) and she eats it just fine.
