Description

Baby Oat Cream 250gr

Suitable for the initial weaning stage as part of a mixed diet. Suitable for children from the 4th month. The whole grain flours used for the preparation of Holle baby foods are processed appropriately to be in a digestible form. The cereal starch is broken down using heat and moisture, so it can be more easily assimilated by the infant. Thanks to the use of whole grain flours, the nutrients of the germ are largely preserved.

Preparation

  • Without milk: Mix 70 ml of boiled water with 2 tablespoons of Organic Baby Cream (about 10 g) and 100 g of fruit puree or mashed fresh fruits.
  • Weaning cream (after the 6th month): Mix 6 scoops of Organic Weaning Baby Milk No2 with 3-4 tablespoons of Organic Baby Cream (about 18 g).
  • In a bottle: Boil 100 ml of whole milk with 100 ml of water and let it cool to 50⁰ C. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of Organic Baby Cream.
  • Half amount of milk: Mix 5 tablespoons of Organic Baby Cream (about 25 g) in 200 ml of water and whole milk.
  • Mix with breast milk: Add 5 tablespoons of Organic Baby Cream (about 25 g) in 130 ml of warm breast milk, not heating above 40⁰ C.

It is his first cream with 6 months of exclusive breastfeeding. We make it only with water and he has liked it a lot so far.

This review is about the flavors: from Spelt Wheat

It doesn't have any specific taste, very neutral, if the baby gets used to it, they will eat it, but as a product, I don't think it offers anything.

Maybe it's a coincidence or as they say, "it didn't sit well with the baby," but our baby didn't react well to it. While he enjoyed eating it (tasty for oatmeal), it caused him colic and diarrhea.

This review is about a variation of the product

She doesn't really like it plain, but I put it in homemade spinach puree (I make spinach root, that is :)..) and she eats it just fine.
