The Lunt Solar Systems SOLAR40SOLAR telescope is designed for observing the Sun at the H-alpha wavelength. With a 40 mm aperture and a 400 mm focal length, it allows you to observe prominences at the edge of the Sun, as well as filaments and flares on its surface.
The Etalon features mechanical tilt adjustment and a bandwidth of less than 0.7 Angstrom. The B600 blocking filter reduces the brightness of the solar image and is suitable for visual observation and photography with small-sensor cameras, such as planetary cameras. The diagonal mirror with filter has a 1.25-inch eyepiece holder and a T2 connection for cameras.
