The Omegon MightyMak telescope uses a Maksutov optical system to observe the Moon, planets, and terrestrial objects such as landscapes, trees, and animals. Its compact design makes it easy to transport, while the upright image also makes it suitable for terrestrial observation. The coated front optical element reduces reflections.
The T-2 thread and mounting ring allow you to attach a camera for long-focal-length photography. The GP-profile prism rail is compatible with tripods and mounts of this type, while the finder shoe accepts a finder scope. The 1.25" eyepiece holder features a compression ring for a secure fit.
