The Omegon Pro APO AP 85/560 ED Triplet OTA refractor telescope features a three-element FPL-53 apochromatic objective lens with an air gap and Japanese Ohara glass. It produces images with sharp stars right to the edges, true-to-life colours and high contrast, making it suitable for astrophotography and observing planets, star clusters and deep-sky objects. The lens has a diameter of 85 mm and a focal length of 560 mm.

The 2″ hybrid Crayford focuser combines a diagonal rack and pinion, while the dual-speed 1:10 microfocuser allows for more precise focusing. The metal tube is CNC-machined and lined with anti-reflective black velvet. The telescope is 440 mm long when retracted and 515 mm long with the dew shield extended, making it easy to transport.
