The Omegon Pro APO AP 66/400 ED OTA telescope is an apochromatic refractor with a double ED lens, a 66 mm aperture and a 400 mm focal length. The ED optics reduce chromatic aberration and deliver high-contrast images, with no noticeable color fringing at magnifications of around 100x. It is suitable for observing nature and the night sky, as well as for astrophotography.
The Power Linear focuser combines the Crayford principle with a rack-and-pinion drive, while the 1:10 reduction enables precise focusing, even at high magnifications. The telescope can also be used as a telephoto lens for nature photography and astronomical imaging. It features a ¼″ connection for a photographic tripod and comes in an aluminium case with foam padding.
