The Askar FRA600 refractor telescope features a five-element modified Petzval optical design, with a front triplet that includes two ED glass elements and a rear doublet. Its design corrects chromatic and geometric aberrations, while the corrected field extends up to 66 mm diagonally. The rear doublet has a diameter of 80 mm, contributing to a wide illuminated field and reduced vignetting.

The Rack & Pinion focuser has a 1:10 reduction ratio and rotates 360°, allowing you to adjust the camera’s position. The retractable dew shield reduces the telescope’s length to 493 mm. A tapered adapter and an aluminum case are included.
