Description & Specifications

The Sky-Watcher EQM-35 PRO SynScan mount is modular and can be used as an equatorial Go-To mount or as a lighter mount for astrophotography. In its standard configuration, with the DEC and RA axes, it features electronic Go-To and tracking on both axes, with access to more than 42,900 objects in the SynScan database. The payload capacity for visual use is 10 kg.

For travel, the DEC axis, counterweight shaft and counterweights can be removed, allowing the mount to track only on the RA axis. In this configuration, a 45 mm dovetail plate with a tripod screw and ball head can be used to mount a camera directly, or a Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer L-bracket can be used for a DSLR; these accessories are not included. The worm wheel has a diameter of 92.5 mm and 180 teeth, while the reinforced rotating base provides greater stability, increased payload capacity, reduced vibrations and improved periodic error.
