My mother always looked me in the eyes and told me: "Be careful. Not because people might hurt you or do you harm... Be careful in case you lose your faith in them and, in the end, lose yourself." And strangely, I understood this "be careful" when I lost my faith in people, and in the end, I lost myself too…
We will take this journey together, to our most common places. Where we are exactly the same. No more disguises. There, together with fear, guilt, and pain. Maybe we will finally see that through our broken confusions, the light is waiting to find us. As long as we have the courage to invite it.
Because the light… will always bring light, no matter how much darkness it passes through.
REMEMBER…
Don’t be in a hurry to show them that you made it just because they didn’t believe in you. We don’t climb mountains so the world can see us from up high, we climb mountains so we can see the beauty of the world.
Take a deep breath. You don’t need to prove anything, you don’t need to become something… You have always existed and you will always exist in love. Can’t you see it yet?
Can you stand to become an authentic person? To become the person who will not hide in words, who will walk away from anything that smells of vanity, who will not use what he sees in the eyes of the one in front of him.

Read an excerpt
"Since we are all full of wounds, why do we treat each other as if we are invulnerable? Since we fell together and rose together, since we won our battles with the wounds they left us, why don't we show our scars?
"Be careful!" My mother always looked me in the eyes and told me: "Be careful!" She didn't say it critically, she didn't imply that she knew something better, she didn't shout her concern from her own wounded map. "Be careful!" she told me, and thus, my dreams opened up along with my fears. "Be careful!" she told me out of eagerness for me to catch up, not out of a desire to criticize me to change.
She never gave me advice. She listened to what I decided to share but didn't put me on the paths she had carved. She didn't make me an extension of her pains, she didn't close paths for me because of her fears. I just remember her looking at me tenderly and letting me spread out on my own paths, without her guidance. And while I perceived her doubts – as much as her soul wanted, she couldn't hide – she never projected them onto me. She stood calmly in her wounds and listened."
