They use a mirror to gather the light. Then, with a secondary mirror at a 45-degree angle, they send the light to the eyepiece.
  • Lens Diameter 150 mm

  • Focal Length

It is the distance that light rays need to travel to reach the focal point, that is, the sensor of the lens.

The shorter the focal length, the wider the angle of view for the photograph, and therefore, the more of what is in front of us the lens can capture.

Description & Specifications

  • The Dobsonian type reflecting telescope is designed so that the optical tube folds with the help of two sliding rods. This way, enthusiasts of the genre as well as those who do not have enough space or a sturdy waist, have a classic diameter, compact tabletop telescope that is easily portable.
  • The optical tube is attached to the arm of the wooden base with the help of a dovetail rod and moves vertically with the loosening of a knob, while the entire base-tube system rotates azimuthally. The focuser accepts 1 ¼’’ eyepieces. For easy locating of celestial objects, a red dot finder is included.
  • The 150mm mirror collects 33% more light than the equivalent 130mm model and offers you a wonderful view of the Moon, planets, and Deep-Sky objects.
  • The Dobson mount is synonymous with ease of use. It sets up very easily and quickly, while its handling is extremely simple.
