The whiskey is distilled in large copper stills and then aged in two different types of barrels (bourbon barrels and sherry barrels) to deliver an exceptionally complex result. It is an 88.6% proof Irish Single Malt distinguished by its deep golden color and intense fruit aromas. Rich aromatic character featuring notes of biscuit, pine, and chocolate. Intense palate, with rich chocolate notes and a pleasant sweet and creamy finish.
