The Blue Label Legendary Eight whiskey is a smooth blended scotch whiskey made with some of the rarest available whiskeys from the wildest corners of Scotland. On the nose, the blend is rich, with notes of brown sugar, soft fruits, and wood that gradually evolve into notes of green apple and subtle citrus zest.
On the palate, it has notes of white-fleshed fruits, baked apples, and cocoa, with a subtle hint of smoke that adds depth to the flavor, offering a smooth and slightly peppery finish.
This new, limited edition of Johnnie Walker Blue Label was created using stocks from eight legendary distilleries that were operational when John Walker began his journey 200 years ago: Oban, Blair Athol, Lagavulin, Teaninich, Brora, Cambus, Port Dundas, and Carsebridge. Each whiskey has been carefully selected to produce this blend, which serves as a small tribute to the iconic first Walker and founder.
