The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested in late August. It is the oldest part of the vineyard, with a low yield of 250 to 400 kilograms per hectare. After crushing and pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and after a long period of extraction, it is aged in new French oak barrels for 15 months.
It is a rich red wine with aromas of blackberry and raspberry that harmoniously blend with notes of spices, cedar, milk chocolate, and vanilla. The palate, typical of the variety, is rich, complex, full-bodied, with sturdy tannins and a long finish.
A wine suitable for long aging, from 15 to 25 years. It pairs perfectly with beef cuts, grilled meats, and smoked cheeses.
