Cotswolds Single Malt Whiskey is the first whiskey ever distilled in the Cotswolds, using 100% locally grown barley. It has been aged in first-fill Bourbon barrels and reconditioned red wine barrels. The result is rich, fruity, and compact.
The commitment to using barley grown in the Cotswolds is a fundamental principle of production. The variety and the farm where it is grown are listed on the label of each bottle. The whiskey is produced in a traditional way, and fermentations are carried out with two complementary varieties - Anchor and Fermentis - ensuring good yields and excellent fruity flavors.
