My initial impression may have been rather negative because of its size, it seemed uncomfortable to me, but after using it for the first time, I completely changed my mind.
I used it to grill fish on the electric grill, and it was the first time the fish didn't stick at all. I had a problem with all the others because I don't use non-stick grates or other non-stick cookware.
First, I let it burn well and then I greased it well with a brush. Then I put the fish on it, after drying it very well outside with kitchen paper and greasing it. Good drying is important because otherwise, the oil slips and disappears.
I let it cook well on one side before turning it. I don't know if the fact that I left it on the grill for 2-3 minutes before taking it out played a role, but it didn't stick at all and it turned out perfect.
I didn't consider it necessary to scrub off the burnt oil because I thought it would create an additional non-stick layer, like in cast iron cookware. Of course, the appearance won't be like new, but it doesn't bother me at all.
The handles didn't burn at all and I could hold them with my hand (at least on the electric grill. I don't know about charcoal grills).
It seems sturdy and well-made, and it will probably last for years. I will order a smaller one directly.

Την έβαλα πρώτα να κάψει αρκετά και μετά τη λάδωσα καλά με ένα πινέλο. Έβαλα ύστερα το ψάρι, αφού πρώτα το είχα στεγνώσει πάρα πολύ καλά εξωτερικά με χαρτί κουζίνας και το είχα λαδώσει .Το καλό στέγνωμα έχει μεγάλη σημασία, γιατί διαφορετικά, γλιστράει το λάδι και φεύγει.

Τα χερούλια δεν είχαν κάψει καθόλου και μπορούσα να τα πιάσω με το χέρι (Τουλάχιστον στην ηλεκτρική. Στα καρβουνα δεν ξέρω).
Φαίνεται στιβαρή και καλή κατασκευή και μάλλον θα κρατήσει για χρόνια. Θα παραγγείλω κατευθείαν και μια μικρότερη.
