    The pan really becomes non-stick if you take care of it, at least at the beginning. We went back to grandma's pan to avoid PFAS. I hope it's not full of heavy metals and that we don't get overloaded with polycyclics... :P

    It has a slightly unusual shape - but it's just fine.

    The other review, it's obvious from the photo that they didn't season it properly enough times before use and didn't let it burn in sufficiently - or they didn't leave the food in place to release itself when it should.

    Pure disappointment. Before using it, I carefully read the instructions to properly season it. After many attempts, the result is what you see in the photo. It sticks worse than a non-stick pan. Not to mention the fact that the sizes they state are a few millimeters smaller, resulting in lids of the same size purchased not fitting these pans. Overall, a waste of money.

    Excellent choice, worth every euro, you get a non-stick pan and in 1 month food sticks to it and you don't know how to clean it! With this and a wire you can clean it and it will stay forever like new, with the care it needs of course (good drying and oiling after cleaning)

Upon first use, the skillet develops a characteristic patina on its surface, created by the cooking vegetable oils, improving its non-stick properties. Unlike other surfaces, the surface of forged skillets improves with use, becoming increasingly non-stick.
