Very good, and I say this coming from two classic oil fryers (the ones with the heating element inside the oil). Better frying than the classic ones and, above all, clean without oil dripping everywhere. Its food capacity is the same as the 3-liter ones. Since I read some negative comments from certain users, let me say the following: regarding splattering and oil leaks mentioned (which DO NOT exist), obviously those who write these are putting in too much oil. In all oil fryers, we DO NOT pour oil recklessly until they are full. All fryers state how much oil we can put in, and many, like this particular fryer, have indicators in the basket for min and max oil quantity. Personally, I put in 2 liters of oil, which more than covers the basket with the potatoes, and I have not had the slightest problem. Also, I read somewhere that it burns, you can't touch it, and such things. That is NOT true!!! The basket indeed is not removable, but it is cleaned as is, as long as you don't leave the oil in for a long time and it turns into grease!! (because, in other fryers where it comes out, is it cleaned easily!!! I always struggled with the previous ones with the removable basket to clean it + the heating elements where the oil gets on them and you have to clean them). I've had it for 3 months, I'm satisfied, and I recommend it!!
