Important note: The Apple Mac Pro (2013) computer uses DDR3 memory with non-registered ECC technology up to 8 GB per slot and registered ECC memory in sizes of 16 GB (or larger) per slot. Before using the 16 GB OWC and/or Apple DDR3 memory, at 1866MHz and with registered ECC standard, all previous OWC (or Apple) 8 GB and/or 4 GB non-registered ECC memory must be removed.
