The 30-year-old vineyard "Pyrovolikes" is planted with the Vilana variety and maintains the traditional pruning method in a cup-shaped form. It is considered one of the most privileged vineyards in the area.

Located at 650m, on a moderately sloping hillside, with a southeast exposure and rocky soil, it gives us a wine of high concentration and aromatic expression.

It is vinified using the 'Pre-fermentation Extraction' method, and 30% of the wine matures for 2 months in new French oak barrels.
