Quite nice and does its job! A similar one lasted for years, if this one lasts for a long time too, it will be very good for the price.

Very good massage device, with intense action and pleasant warmth on the neck. The only drawback is the very short cable, which makes it a bit difficult to use if there is no nearby socket

It lasted about 2 months, with light (not daily) use and according to the instructions. The pressure it provides is enough for relaxation, always combined with the gentle warmth of the infrared.

It broke down within 3 months without frequent use, the teeth of the gear were worn out and that was it, on top of that there are no spare parts...

As I have written a similar review for an almost identical product (different color, which I gifted to a relative), it is an EXCELLENT PRODUCT and very well made. I WOULD NOT HAVE BELIEVED that such an affordable product offers relief to the body. ESSENTIAL FOR HOME USE AND ALL AGES. It quite faithfully mimics the movement of fingers as in a physiotherapy session, a massage. And it relieves stiffness in the neck, back, as well as fatigue in the legs. It has been working PERFECTLY for so many years.

It broke very quickly. Now it turns off by itself after just a few minutes, so I have to keep pressing it. Also, it's a bit uncomfortable; personally, I would prefer the balls inside to be softer. They are made of hard plastic and are somewhat bothersome during the massage

It doesn't work at all, it never worked. And the product cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened... Good?

It is a wonderful device. You don't have to beg someone to give you a massage, you do it yourself haha. Also, I who have a neck problem, when it flares up, it helps me a lot. Additionally, in cooling mode, it has helped as it dissipates heat during use and you can adjust the right direction, where you want the rollers to go from the right or from the left! 5 stars and then some!

Honest for its price range. Having tried various similar products, there is nothing cheaper or close to this price that is worth it. With just 10 minutes a day*, you are all set, no need for more! It has a setting for infrared that heats the area you are massaging (you can place it not only on the neck but also on the lower back or on the calves and arms).

*(Consult a doctor if you have any issues and are not just using it for relaxation, as it may worsen your condition or may not be suitable for daily use, etc.)

Very good device. Really relieves pain.. Exactly as described... I find it a little difficult to use its buttons. Maybe they should have been more forward but still it's not a reason to reject it as a device, I recommend it without reservation

The device I received is not the one shown in the picture on Skroutz and on the box I received, but I have the feeling that it is of higher quality! I tried it and I didn't want to take it off me!! I bought it with reservation due to the good reviews. The device is FANTASTIC! It's worth every euro! I have a problem with my neck and permanently tense shoulders, so much so that at least twice a week I wake up with a migraine. That was the reason I got it, maybe it will help me. After a first use, I already feel my muscles soft. I will come back in a few days to write if there has been an improvement in my chronic problem.

I have hollows in my waist and neck and my arms ache, especially at night. As soon as I received it, I massaged my neck, waist, arms, and everywhere! I don't know if it's a coincidence, but that night my arms didn't ache! The next 3 days the same. I didn't have any aches after the evening massage. The machine is good. If you push it too hard, it will stop. But very hard. It didn't happen to me, I just pressed it deliberately enough to test it. To understand, I lie on top, like a pillow, and it doesn't stop. The cable is quite short. You need to be close to an outlet. I cut the power supply cable and extended it. Otherwise, use an extension cord. It has one speed and is not adjustable, but no problem. It's where it should be. If you get it, unzip it and tie a knot to the power cord to prevent it from pulling and cutting. For that money (about 13 euros) it's worth it!

For its price, this device is very good. It consists of two rotating circular heads in opposite directions. It is advisable to use a pillow near the contact point so that all the weight does not fall on the device and the small motor is not strained. Finally, as mentioned in many comments, the only problem is the short cable, which of course can be easily solved by using a small extension cord

A very nice gift for your loved ones.. I got it for my mother and she liked it a lot.. If you don't have someone to give you a massage, this machine here is the solution.

I bought the product about three years ago. I was so impressed that I ordered three more devices. I gave two of them as gifts to my relatives, while I kept the third one as a backup. The purchase cost was around 15 euros. With careful use, meaning not pulling the cord too much and not applying excessive pressure on the device, I am still using the one I opened three years ago. Its power has not decreased at all, and it seems like it will withstand another three years. The materials have not deteriorated at all. One of the best purchases I have made, especially considering the relief it provides, especially for some winter backaches. Very satisfied!

Value for money! For the money, it is a very good device. I use it almost daily because I have intense muscle pain. Okay, it's not hands (which device is, after all), but it helps me a lot. Preferable to a similar chair construction that I had in the past since you can place it wherever you want. I recommend it.

I gave it as a gift to friends...they opened it in front of me and happily plugged it in, and bam...it broke. I was humiliated...

It gives an excellent neck massage. The device's mesh that touches the skin surface is somewhat rough, giving a certain sensation. If the power supply is far from the massage area, you will need an extension cord.

Amazing massage, I use it on low intensity because I find the other levels too intense. It relieved my back pain!!! And finally, I had a much better sleep. Unfortunately, some internal wires detached after 10 days of intense use, maybe it was just a coincidence. And I bought a second machine. Very good value for money

I had bought a "similar" one in the past from another company and it was very good, so I thought of getting another one to have. Unfortunately, this particular one is of very poor quality, it creaks, one head is unbalanced, it has no power at all, it makes noise, and overall you feel like it's going to fall apart. If you press it a little, it stops. The infrared it has is just a yellow light, no relation to infrared. The fabric on top of the 2 heads is of very poor quality plastic. Do not buy it.

I have it here for a week now with daily use and it does its job perfectly, I don't know if it's the parts' fault but no... it doesn't break after 2-3 times, it's great!!! The only negative thing is that it doesn't have a battery so you can take it wherever you want
