So I bought it new in May and after eight months it stopped bringing hot water. The installations were done by professional electricians and plumbers. The machine was working fine with the correct settings and voltage. The reason is that since it is three-phase, it should have its own fuse and a new cable, do not try to connect it to another one unless you have a large current and a good fuse. The problem was that when I called the company I bought it from, they took no responsibility and gave me the dealership's phone number. I can't say anything nice about the dealership, but the problem is that they won't replace the machine even if it has a warranty because theoretically it's the users' fault and not the factory's. For the water here in Greece, especially in the north, you should install filters and a magnetic one for particles, so that you can control the pH of the water. I do not recommend it for Greece, one reason being that if you want to install a voltage stabilizer, it will help a lot because it plays a very important role if you don't have a stable power supply, it will burn the resistors from the inside, as it happened to me, you will have to pay extra from your pocket to get it fixed and also the shipping costs, not to send it but when you receive it, if the damage has been caused by you. It is a good machine, it provides very hot water, but it is not economical in terms of electricity, you should know that it causes problems if you connect it to a central supply, you must definitely install filters or if you have a water softener device. It doesn't matter if you get the water from a private source or from the network in your area, I'm sorry but it's not worth the money, it's so expensive and I recommend you not to proceed with this purchase for Greece, save more money and install at least a 200 l solar water heater with two mirrors, with proper maintenance you will save yourself.
