This wine is an aperitif. Semi-sparkling and semi-dry. When I first put it in my mouth it was like drinking flat soda. It's ok as an aperitif. Nothing more, nothing less.

I wouldn't say it's something exceptional, but it drinks easily both as an accompaniment and as an aperitif. I will probably prefer it again

Crash!!! Perfect for me, as sweet as it should be, super aftertaste, slightly bubbly, amazing flavor (maybe because it has my favorite variety, syrah, I liked it so much, what can I say). I will definitely buy it again.

Personally, I cannot share the very good comments that I read. I was expecting something special based on the comments, but when I tried it, I felt that it lacks intensity in taste, plus it has a low aftertaste. The sensation it gave me was like drinking a watered-down wine, or a lightly flavored soda! I will not choose it again.

I am a person who drinks 1 beer every summer and at most 2 glasses of wine, one on Christmas and one on Easter! Guys, this wine is AMAZING. I sent it as a gift to my best friend who is also not a drinker, and she told me exactly (bestie, I almost drank it all by myself, it's like champagne, wonderful). I also bought 2 bottles of this wine for myself, it's fantastic. It doesn't leave your mouth dry, it doesn't hit you hard (even though I'm a person who doesn't drink much, two glasses were enough and I just got sleepy), no hangover or anything! Perfect!

The review concerns the value for money, approximately around 7 to 10 €. It is light, semi-sparkling, with slightly fruity aromas (at first, but only for a short time), slightly sweet and generally easy to drink, even without food, plain or with fruits. It pairs better with seafood due to its lightness. The downside is that it is light and easy to drink. Renewed... 27/10/2023. Unfortunately, it is a production from batch 22, the latest batch, with no resemblance to previous years. The wine has the same taste as commercially altered ones, a bitter and very bitter aftertaste, and the familiar hint of oxidation. Those who used to make their own wine and the experienced ones who know about wine will understand what I'm saying.

The product is fantastic. We have been drinking it since it came out. The sparkling rosé wine is impeccable. The only downside is that it finishes quickly. It is light and you don't even realize it. Bravo to the winemaker.
