    The taste is just fine, however I don't know if it suited me. I would say a mild energy during exercise, but as a woman with various energy levels throughout my cycle, I don't know if I should attribute it to the tablets!! Also, I should mention that I follow a Mediterranean diet and I was taking two tablets according to my weight and goal!

    It has that stevia-like sweetness which I personally don't like in any product because it's too strong/sweet.

    I take it every day, after the 2nd week I noticed that I sweat much more during workouts so I burn more calories. Obviously, the weight doesn't disappear from one day to the next so I don't know how effective it is yet. I haven't changed anything else in my diet
