The ESTATE-OWNED VINEYARD of 90 STREMMA is cultivated according to organic farming standards and is located at an altitude between 650 and 820 meters. The varieties grown are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Xinomavro.
The sloping soils offer good drainage of rainwater, and the altitude combined with the low yields per stremma lead to wines with:

- Very good acidity
The climatic conditions of the area contribute to the production of high-quality wines.
Xinomavro 100%. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and then aging in small French oak barrels (225L) for 10 months. After bottling, it remains in the estate's cellar for at least one year before being released on the market.
