The history of the Winery has its roots in 1952, and the shift towards modern, quality production began in 2004, with the first and most important step being the renewal of part of the old vineyards and planting of new ones. These were replanted with Assyrtiko, as well as rare varieties of Santorini such as Aidani and Mavrotragano.

The modern approach to vineyard work resulted in the creation of a constantly evolving and modern winery that continuously receives significant distinctions.

PGI Cyclades. 100% Assyrtiko.

From younger Assyrtiko vineyards, which average 50 years in age, and from the island's lower altitude regions Kamari, Mesaria, Vothonas, and Akrotiri. Aging with fine lees for at least 4 months with simultaneous stirring.
