No response, great tyranny ... unfortunately, I threw my money away once again (with the remote controls in Greece!)
It seems to be well made. Convenient to hold. It takes 2 AAA batteries. It didn't work immediately. I synchronized it with the AUTOMATIC process by continuously pressing the DVB (green button). It requires a little patience. Initially, it displayed the TV menu! Then, I repeated the process and it showed me the sound bar and everything was okay.
I did not encounter any difficulty from the manual, it had three remote controls that looked like the original one and one of them worked perfectly with my decoder.
After a little bit of hassle, due to my ignorance about syncing it with my own decoder. Contacting your store, everything was resolved within 3 minutes. And the great thing is that it works with the LG TV ON-OFF & Voice

On the Phillips CRT television and OSIO decoder, it didn't work at all. I threw it away.
