I won't buy it again, it's tough, doesn't go down easily, like drinking dirt, and it settles if you don't drink it immediately. 3/5 though because I'm very satisfied with the other products of the company and it's good to have options for those who can't handle whey.

Very good protein, exactly what I was looking for (pure protein without colorings/sugar). It is fully raw and its taste is as expected. Compared to the protein of a friend who gets it from GymBeam (obviously not organic), it's like day and night. Clearly, someone who chooses organic protein means they have certain standards, and they don't drink protein for the taste but for other reasons.

'Biologist' is very advanced and really something like this was missing from Greece in my opinion!

Anyone who has a problem with the solubility of the protein (a little sticks at the bottom like sediment), just put 3 fingers of almond milk in your shaker, and shake it with enough force, then fill the rest either with water or again with almond milk and drink it. The secret is to add a little almond milk at the beginning, in a small amount, so that no sediment remains.

I have been using whey protein from cows and goats from the same company for 1 year and I am very satisfied. I decided to try a serving of pea protein, but unfortunately it wasn't for me.. Maybe because I am used to the others? This one had a strong flavor, more "earthy," and since I mix it with yogurt, I needed to add milk to achieve the creamier texture that the whey protein has.

This protein suited me perfectly. It has no additives at all and its taste is neutral. It doesn't bother my stomach at all, unlike others that bloated me incredibly.
I put it in a blender with soy milk, water, banana, cinnamon, and matcha. I also replace part of the oats with a scoop in pancakes. I've tried it in overnight oats as well, but there the texture bothers me a bit. Of course, I will buy it again and maybe try other products from the same company.

I do not recommend it, especially because of its solubility. The dust accumulates in the corners of the bottle like sediment. So, a part of the brush goes to waste.

I mix half a scoop with warm milk before bedtime, as it has slow absorption, so theoretically it covers me during the night when I stay hungry for 8 hours. It dissolves quite easily in warm milk and the taste is neutral, I would say. I add cocoa and sometimes honey. For those who are on a diet, I don't know if it's a good idea to have honey before bedtime. I haven't noticed any discomfort in my stomach, although I have a general sensitivity.

First of all, I bought it purely for testing purposes, I don't know about the results because I have no intention of using it again beyond the second time. It doesn't dissolve at all, even when I put it in a nutriblend. The taste is awful and it causes bloating.
For me, it's not worth even one star, but due to it being organic and plant-based, maybe it's worth it for some people.

Good protein without sweeteners and additives.
The taste is indeed unpleasant. Like dirt with a hint of green. I add a little honey and it becomes drinkable. The powder is almost...hydrophobic. I dissolve it in an electric shaker and drink it immediately. The first time I left the glass on the side for 5 minutes to talk on the phone, sediment had formed and I had to mix it again.

I have tried at least 30 protein powders in my life. I tried this one for the first time and it upset my stomach. I thought it wasn't good, so I stopped taking it. After a week, I tried it again and I noticed that I still had stomach cramps and it bothered me. Personally, it's a waste of money

3 teaspoons of sugar in 2 days and it destroyed my stomach. As the package went to the trash. I'm not saying it's the manufacturer's fault, but definitely the lentil protein is to blame. Now I have ordered rice... let's see.

    13/6/23
The rice protein is much better. Gradually I added a small amount of lentil protein to it, 1/4 lentil and 3/4 rice, and everything is okay. It plays a big role how quickly you drink the shake. The slower, the better for the stomach.

I am a vegetarian and I do intermittent fasting. I gained some weight during the winter, so I started taking these proteins in order to reduce sweets. As crazy as it may sound, the extra protein really helped me not to feel hungry, especially when I do my 16-hour fasting every day. The mix I make consists of 25g of protein, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, wheat, NAC, black and white sesame seeds, and I have energy, I don't feel hungry, and I believe it will also help me a lot at the gym. *Same evaluation for the lentil and rice protein.

I have been using it for 8 months now. It has helped me a lot in my workouts, which consist of 3 aerobic sessions and 2 weightlifting sessions, each lasting half an hour. For taste, I mix the protein with fruits or it's easier with ready-made juice from the supermarket. I prefer a little more mixing and it dissolves with a little more water or juice.

For me, it doesn't have a nice taste. I didn't like it at all. I gave it to a friend of mine and he liked it, so he kept it. In terms of amino acids, it is somewhat inferior compared to one that is produced from milk. If I didn't help, ask questions and I will try to answer.

With 300 ml of milk, half a banana, and half a teaspoon of cocoa in the blender, the taste is elevated. It doesn't make my stomach bloated at all.
After a month, the impressions are positive. Compared to whey protein, it stands proudly next to them.
Decent results in toning with intense daily exercise including running, cycling, and weights. And of course, a balanced diet from a nutritionist. The only downside is that there is a lot of gas.

It mixes well with a frappe mixer. It does not create bubbles. For protein without added sweeteners and other additives, it has a neutral taste (not bad). Don't expect it to taste like a milkshake. Very good product for plant-based protein.

It is good but unfortunately its taste is quite strange and no matter how much you try to change it a little with other flavors, for example through fruits, the initial difficult taste remains and I believed that I am not difficult to adapt, I have tried many strange ones. Otherwise, it is of good quality.

Excellent! Especially for those who follow a plant-based diet. Complete protein, I take 10-15 grams per day to meet my needs. The taste is not particularly pleasant, but it doesn't matter considering the benefits it offers. Also, it is the only one - as far as I have researched - that is organically certified!

Taste of chickpea flour, moderate solubility, I will not buy it again due to its unacceptable taste. I only drink it with water or almond milk.

I have bought it twice in different months. It has caused me discomfort in the intestine, it does not dissolve at all, and it goes into a very powerful blender which also foams

Only with water you will definitely have complaints.
Rice protein is easily consumed, even with plain water.
Use it after exercise, as it is known that beans cause gas.

Very good quality organic protein. Don't listen to what they say about it having a dirt taste. If consumed with almond milk, banana, and wild blackberries, its taste blends perfectly.

  • I can't yet evaluate its nutritional value but I really liked the taste and it dissolves very easily. I eat it together with oats and oat milk.

  • I won't buy it again, it's tough, doesn't go down easily, like drinking dirt, and it settles if you don't drink it immediately. 3/5 though because I'm very satisfied with the other products of the company and it's good to have options for those who can't handle whey.
