Notably, the new version of the rain cover RI-5 has a structure that eliminates the possibility of vignetting at short focal lengths with small lenses. The length of the cover can be adjusted and will always end at the tip of the lens or the lens hood without causing vignetting. The compression elastic allows for a precise and snug fit of the cover onto the lens.

This cover is made from high-quality plastic that is 100% snug, waterproof, and breathable. It prevents air, moisture, and rain from penetrating inside while ensuring continuous circulation within the cover.

The method of attaching the cover is very easy. For secure grip, place the cover on the eyepiece cover by cutting a small hole and pressing it onto the eyepiece cover.     It is literally a good garbage bag with a cord in front. If I had known, I would have made a different choice with a different bag. I expected better material and some adaptation for our work.

    It has been proven that this specific waterproof cover is more suitable in cases where the camera is mounted on a tripod, as its opening is quite narrow, and one cannot easily see through the viewfinder. Consequently, it is difficult to handle the camera while holding it in hand, especially if the conditions require constant adjustment of settings. Additionally, the protection provided is better if the lens used does not change its length to focus or zoom in, as the string of the waterproof cover, no matter how tight it is, comes off. However, overall, it is a good and economical choice for those who do not have weatherproof photographic equipment. Once the user adapts to the peculiarities that arise compared to normal shooting conditions, they are not affected by the waterproof cover, but rather benefit from it.
