    Indeed, they help with blood circulation, keeping the feet more relaxed, preventing swelling, and avoiding varicose veins.
    But:
    - They have very little elasticity and their sizes do not correspond to the company's guide. I wear size 6 (the largest), I weigh 70 kilograms and I am 1.80 meters tall. It is difficult to be used by someone weighing over 75-80 kilograms and especially taller. For these measurements, something more elastic like Sanaflex would be better.
    - They have low durability, they will develop holes in the toes within 2-3 weeks, and later in the heels. The fabric on the sole should be denser.
    The size has suited me (each brand has its own guide and fit), but the durability is disappointing.
