After one filling of the bin, it stopped working. The motor was running but the metal teeth were not. I opened it and discovered that some of the gears transmitting motion from the motor are plastic. On the smallest of these gears, its teeth had broken off and scattered inside the mechanism's casing. I don't know how this happened, maybe the two times I accidentally switched it to reverse... The machine is now good for the trash

The product is very good but the packaging was absolutely unacceptable. Torn wrapping and the product in messy pieces inside the box

My experience: When it suddenly stopped working after cutting 50-100 sheets of A4, I thought it was broken. I was wrong! Apparently, when it heats up, it shuts down automatically until the temperature drops to lower levels. This is good to some extent, but it tends to overheat quite quickly and takes a long time to cool down, which means that the machine is unsuitable for moderate or large workloads.
Conclusion: This is a simple machine suitable for light amateur use and relatively fair for its price. If someone wants to shred up to 50 A4 sheets at a time, it’s just fine. For more, they should look elsewhere.

It does not completely cut the papers as it should, I put 5 sheets instead of 10 which is the maximum capacity and it jams a bit. It is manageable for household use but nothing special. Important note: for every 2 minutes of continuous use, it takes 2 hours (!!!) to cool down... Not recommended.

Using about 20 pages per week, after 4 months it stopped working. While a few days ago it was working fine, yesterday when I tried to shred a few pages it wouldn't start at all, as if it wasn't plugged in

I am thrilled!!! I received it this morning and I have already gotten rid of a large amount of useless junk! I haven't needed it for CDs yet, but it turned papers and my old debit card into dust and feathers! From me, it's a YES!

It arrived broken, it didn't work from the beginning. Poor quality construction overall, very hastily made.

I have been using it for about 3 months and it has not presented any problems.
It is reliable and fast for everyday moderate use.
It destroys papers with staples, laminations, credit cards, and CDs.
Cutting 10 sheets at the same time requires some effort, resulting in the machine heating up.
Also, every time I empty the paper waste bin, I use maintenance lubricant for the shredder.
Good value for money for light household use.

Before anything else, what you give, you get, and for its cost, it is very good! I am satisfied! The only negative aspect is the noise, which is quite significant. Apart from that, it destroys many papers continuously for several minutes, but if you push it hard, like you would with a 500 euro one, it will overheat. It has a large bin capacity and it empties easily! Be careful if you put many papers together, keep in mind the on button that moves to off due to the force needed to fit them in!
