The taste is not nice, but you get used to it, especially when it has results. I read from comments that it helps with hair loss, and that was the reason I bought it. I can say that now the hair loss has stopped. I don't know if new sprouts are coming out, but at least they have stopped falling.

πολυ καλη περιεκτικοτητα..παιδια μην τρελενεστε με τη γευση μπορειτε να το βαλετε και στο φαγητο..επισης αλλο μουρουνελαιο και αλλο ιχθιελαιο..το μουρουνελαιο εχει πολλυ περισσοτερες βιταμινες και omega 3..αυτο ειναι καθαρα μουρουνελαιο..οι καψουλες ποιο πολυ ιχθιελαιο εχουν γτ ειναι φθηνοτερο..εχω δει πολυ διαφορα στο δερμα και στα μαλλια..
The taste is not nice, but you get used to it, especially when it has results. I read from comments that it helps with hair loss, and that was the reason I bought it. I can say that now the hair loss has stopped. I don't know if new sprouts are coming out, but at least they have stopped falling.
Η γευση δεν ειναι ωραια ,την συνηθιζεις ομως ειδικα οταν εχει αποτελεσμας ,διαβασα απο σχολια οτι βοηθαει στη τριχοπτωση και αυτος ηταν ο λογος που το αγορασα και μπορω να πω οτι τωρα εχει σταματησει η τριχοπτωση ,δεν ξερω αν βγαινουν καινουριες φυτρες αλλα τουλαχιστον σταματησαν να πεφτουν .

Βάζω πέντε αστέρια γιατί ήδη έχω αρχίσει να αισθάνομαι την θετική του επίδραση σε κάποια επίπεδα. Ευελπιστώ σε ακόμα καλύτερα αποτελέσματα, ειδικά ως προς το ανοσοποιητικό μου, που μετά την εγκυμοσύνη μου είναι στα Τάρταρα.
Το αρνητικό για μένα, περισσότερο από την ψαρίλα, είναι η λαδίλα που αφήνει μετά την κατάποση και με δυσκολεύει πάρα πολύ, μου δημιουργεί αναγούλα. Γι’ αυτό το λόγο σκέφτομαι όταν τελειώσει το μπουκάλι να δοκιμάσω και τις κάψουλες.
UPDATE: Όταν τελείωσε το πράσινο μήλο που είχα πάρει, είπα να δώσω άλλη μια ευκαιρία και να δοκιμάσω το λεμόνι. ΚΑΜΙΑ ΣΧΕΣΗ. Πολύ ευχάριστο και με κάποιο μαγικό τρόπο δε μένει η ψαρίλα, μιλάμε για μεγάλη διαφορά! Θα παραμείνω λοιπόν στο λεμόνι!!

If you hold your breath when you take it and immediately drink a little juice, you don't taste/smell it. The taste doesn't come at all afterwards (with capsules, the taste always came to me for hours after I took them, and that's why I preferred the oil)
Άμα κρατάς την αναπνοή όταν το παίρνεις και αμέσως πίνεις λίγο χυμό, δεν καταλαβαίνεις τη γεύση/μυρωδιά. Δεν σου έρχεται η γεύση καθόλου μετά (οι κάψουλες πάντα μου ερχόταν η γεύση για ώρες μετά που τις είχα πάρει και για αυτό προτίμησα το λάδι)

Simply wonderful!!! My little one, 4 years old, asks on his own every day to drink it!! It has no fishy taste at all. Maybe after a while there is a slight smell in the mouth, but nothing special.
