Παίζω beach volley σε αγωνιστικό επιπεδο και οταν παίρνω 2 κάψουλες αποβραδίς, με κρατάει στο γηπεδο όλη την ημερα που διαρκεί το τουρνουά (καυτός ήλιος απο πανω, ζεστή άμμος απο κατω και υπέρ προσπάθειες μεσα στο γηπεδο να ανεβάζουν τη θερμοκρασία αλλά και να καταναλώνουν τρομερή ενέργεια).
Ακόμα και με άδειο στομάχι δεν προκαλεί καμια παρενέργεια, παρα μονο αν κάνεις υπέρ προσπάθειες. Τοτε εκεί θα σε κόψει λίγο.
Δηλαδη να κάνεις το λάθος, αντί να πάρεις το βράδυ πριν κοιμηθεις, να πάρεις το πρωι και να πας για αγωνα.
