    I have had it for about 2 years but I have used it for less than 4 months due to the very annoying noise (very common in online UPS - which constantly convert ac-dc-ac). It works well and the software, although simple, does its job. I probably wouldn't buy it again and would go for a backup UPS to avoid the noise.
