    Unacceptable! I bought it to use on my bangs, which I straighten with a hairdryer and brush constantly. I used heat protectant creams until then, but a friend of mine recommended this to me. It weighs down my hair a lot, while I haven't experienced this with other products. The worst happened when I added a little bit to dry hair to pass it through my bangs before going out, AND IT BURNED THEM COMPLETELY. It had created a thick film in front which burned along with my bangs that I saw falling into the sink. I should note that it doesn't mention anywhere that the hair should be wet to use it, and besides, on the packaging it says "FLAMMABLE, CAUTION", we got it...
