I have had the mask for about 4 months, the silicone is very thin on the top part and it broke (tore) and in order to get a replacement, you have to pay as much as half the price of the mask.

The mask does not fit well on the face, it leaks air, so you have to exert a lot of pressure on the face to avoid it. It has double silicone, which is a good idea, but the silicone on the top of the nose and under the chin is very thin, indicating that it will soon break. Despite all this, it does not provide a seal. It is unacceptable that companies do not offer sampling and testing, so that the patient knows which mask will suit them. In short, we wasted 125 euros on a mask that was only worn once. Complete disappointment for us with this mask.

Κατά τα λοιπά η κατασκευή της είναι καλύτερη από τις οικονομικές επιλογές, ωστόσο δεν είναι αυτό το σημαντικό για μια μάσκα που πρέπει να αλλάζεται κάθε 6 μήνες. Very superior application and quality compared to other slightly cheaper options, because due to financial inability I tried other options but in the end I paid for them in terms of durability and quality. For me, it is a very good choice. (I have been using CPAP for 10 years and I end up there)

The mask, during use (while sleeping), easily disconnects from the tube that delivers the air, meaning the air supply is interrupted, and therefore, sleep is interrupted. So, I used Teflon, wrapped it around the edge of the mask where it connects to the machine's tube that provides the air. This is both laughable and tear-inducing!!! And don't think someone will say that I didn't connect it properly, it's an elastic tube of the mask that goes inside the other, on one hand, and on the other hand, just for information, I am indeed a CPAP user, but I am also a doctor-pulmonologist-intensivist. In conclusion, the mask is of very good quality, but if it doesn't fit well and disconnects, what can I say...
