The Porto Carras Estate is the oldest vineyard in Greece, with the first plantings dating back to the late 1960s. It is the largest organic vineyard in the country and one of the largest in Europe, covering a total area of 4,750 acres. Today, the PDO "Pergolas of Meliton" vineyard is a model of organic viticulture, keeping pace with modern international consumer and environmental trends.
The winery, built in 1970 in the center of the estate, ensures the immediate processing and delivery of grapes, guaranteeing consistently high quality. The production process is based on the most modern practices. In the cellar, the French oak barrels, which are renewed every year, achieve the ideal maturation of red wines.

- Vineyards at an altitude of 200m-250m and sandy-clay soil.
