For now, I give it 5 stars. Time will tell if they remain. It is a very beautiful faucet. Tall and therefore does not hinder the washing of bulky dishes. I have 2 negatives to point out. The packaging does not contain instructions-manual. It is very strange and does not help the owner-user to install it himself and mainly in maintenance. In an electronic communication I had with the company in Italy about this issue, I did not receive any response. The second is that the shower hose is not so flexible and does not pull or return to its position easily. The 10-year warranty is very positive.
