I have tried many earplugs of various types, these fit well in my ears but I still trim them a bit so they don't come out while sleeping.

When inserted correctly, they help a lot. The alarm clock can be heard but the various noises from snoring/traffic/neighbors do not disturb. I wear them at parties/concerts successfully, and without fearing that they are expensive and will get lost.

With good ear hygiene and a dry wipe of the earplugs every day, they last a few weeks instead of being single-use. Their case is convenient.

I took off one star because I need to trim them and because I find them a bit expensive for their type.

Initially, when I bought them and without having worn earplugs before, I was not satisfied, probably because I didn't know how to put them on properly. Like others have written, they would fall out during sleep, and I thought they didn't protect against many noises, etc.
After getting used to them, I learned to mold them before putting them in my ear, and then slowly insert the remaining part, resulting in them never coming out during the night and significantly reducing the surrounding noise. To the point where I was worried if I would hear my alarm clock or not! People would talk next to me and I wouldn't hear anything.
In the end, I would definitely buy them again!
I sleep perfectly now.

They have a strange and uncomfortable shape. They bother until you get used to them. They often come out on their own during sleep. When they don't come out, they provide better sound insulation than cheaper ones.

I have been wearing earplugs for 10 years.. I always buy the cheap ones that cost 0.60 euros.. I thought let me buy the more expensive ones maybe they hold the sound better (I paid 6.5 euros for them) I'll tell you one thing, the first night I wore them outside for a while because they felt a bit hard, I thought let's sleep and see.. my ears were hurting a bit.. the next night I thought let me wear them properly maybe that's why I felt pain... well, I woke up in the morning from the pain! It's a matter of reducing 10% of the noise. Useless, just like the others I have tried. And yes, I apply them correctly. They really completely block the sound. I really can't understand how they say they can't hear anything when wearing them.

1) They are very comfortable.
2) They fit perfectly (if you know how to place them).
3) They greatly reduce noise to the point that you need to be cautious, as if something happens in the space you are in, there is a possibility that you may not perceive it.

Tremendous insulation if applied correctly, even for impact-generated noises. Unfortunately, they hurt the ear canal too much, to the point where I can't use them after a few days. After the first application, they hurt me terribly, so I wear them quite superficially (they still hurt but at least not as much) and they still do a good job even like that.

I wore them for six months in the army every night and at the shooting range. They saved me. Those who say that the sound leaks must read the instructions for use. It lasts about a month before it stops coming back to touch the ear.

They are very good but they need frequent updating. I have also tried another company's 40db and it satisfied me more. I would like this company to also release a 40db. The price is a bit expensive.

They are the only earplugs that don't give me a headache. Any other ones I've used put too much pressure on my ears and I couldn't sleep.

A failure! I bought them based on their generally good reviews, but I was completely disappointed! They don't reduce the noise at all, they are very thin, meaning they don't expand when you put them in your ear, resulting in them easily falling out and not providing any protection. I have been searching for a long time for earplugs of this type that are easy to apply and minimize environmental noise to the minimum. I tried various brands and well-known ones, but the main problem was that they were not durable and would break after two or three uses. These ones combine everything together. I highly recommend them! You won't find any other earplugs like these.

The only earplugs that don't bother me, because they are very comfortable in the ear. I forget that I'm wearing them. I only buy these for years.

Very good but not cheap, that's why not 5 stars. On Amazon, for example, you can find 20 pairs for the same price in a good brand. The Quies earplugs cut off a lot of dB and almost isolate you from the world. Earplugs of this type need to be molded before insertion into the ear. Otherwise, they won't be effective. Of course, all these earplugs are only for a few uses since it's not healthy to use them multiple times as they cannot be sterilized and at some point, they dry out and get dirty and you have to throw them away. However, this type (foam) has a much better fit and noise reduction than the multiple-use ones.
