They were used on a flight on a child (6 years old) with an ear infection - following the pediatrician's warning that he would feel great discomfort during takeoff/landing due to his condition, as well as on a child (4 years old) without any issues. They didn't feel anything during takeoff/landing! They wore them comfortably, they didn't bother them at all.

Very good. They help with decompression during the flight. They are the only solution for those who have a problem. I bought them for my 7-year-old daughter and they helped her. Similarly, I have bought the ones for adults and they help a lot with my flight problem

I had a huge problem on the airplane with the pressure change, resulting in pain in my ears and them being blocked for 5-6 days after the trip. I used children's earplugs even though I am an adult (because my ears are quite small) in combination with a decongestant nasal spray (like Ronal, Otrivin) before the flight and they didn't get blocked at all throughout the flight, nor did I experience any pain. I put them on before takeoff and took them off 10 minutes after landing. You don't hear very well when you wear them, but it's worth it. This trick really saved me because until then I avoided airplanes due to intense discomfort. I don't know if the earplugs worked on their own or if the use of the nasal spray did, but the combination resulted in zero discomfort and no ear blockage as soon as I landed, as if I hadn't been on an airplane
