I can confidently say that after two years+ of use, it only gave me a problem once in a movie. The measurement of sugar that the machine does is accurate, and specifically, there have been several comparisons with sugar tapes from a reputable company. Additionally, the good thing is that the measuring machine speaks in Greek. The only negative is that it does not have a backlit screen.

Previous use cont.. and well... I switched to this and I probably regret it. Several times I need 2 strips to get a measurement. One gives an insufficient amount of blood and one error because the strip does not apply correctly. As for the measurement, I don't have much to say. All the strips show a deviation from the actual one, but this one probably exceeded the limits...

As a machine, it is easy to use as it guides and informs you. As soon as you open it, it tells you what to do, and once it finishes, you put the film in and at the end, it tells you the result and the history if you simply shake it. My doctor recommended it to me, and in two tests I did in laboratories, the result was -10 both times. There is no reliable one from all the ones I have tried except for one that they gave me in a hospital and the company withdrew it. Simply put, Solus is closer to the result

To be fair, I come to revise my bad review and say that if you place the tape and wait to hear the entire audio message and then put the blood sample, then yes, it becomes a measurement and you don't waste your movies for nothing, like I did before reading another review here

I have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. It is unacceptable that you have to waste 2 to 3 test strips to get an accurate measurement. Now I have switched to using wellion Galileo or contour next and I have found my peace.

Although I follow the instructions faithfully, I have to ruin 3-5 tapes and get pierced again and again until the counter works properly and the measurement starts. While the machine is sleek, modern, and has very useful features, in the end, it's not worth the stress and annoyance.

To be fair, because I have already made a negative review, I will reconsider and say that I was not using it correctly. From the moment I started inserting the blood sample, after the word "now" when the device's voice announces, no strip has been wasted.

You need to synchronize the movie's introduction with the punchline so that it doesn't end up rendering movies useless or without sufficient amount of blood (which it informs you afterwards if the quantity is insufficient, meaning it starts measuring and then tells you, so the movie gets canceled again). I do not recommend it

0/5 (Zero out of Five) stars. In order to avoid the error message "insufficient blood quantity," it requires three times the amount of blood compared to other measurement strips, and it has an inconvenient blood collection angle. Out of frustration, I broke the machine and only the strips remained as a souvenir.
