Dietary supplement Vegan Omega 3-6-9 by Health Aid, which contains cold-pressed flaxseed oil to deliver the appropriate quality and quantity of all three types of Omega fatty acids for the daily nourishment of the body. It is ideal for strict vegetarians (vegans) as well as those who are allergic to fish or are fasting.

It is an odorless oil, suitable even for external use, by piercing the capsule and lightly applying it to the skin, against dry skin.


Benefits

Flaxseed oil and its particularly beneficial properties have been known for years, as research has shown that it is a source of many nutrients such as unsaturated fatty acids (Omega). These include:

  • Omega-3 in the form of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA): which helps maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood and is a precursor for the production of EPA & DHA by the body, which contribute to the maintenance of normal heart, vision, and brain functions
