I had back pain, I put it on and it kept my waist warm!!! It fits well and helped me a lot to get better!!! Unfortunately, though, it is not wool as stated!! It is 10% Polyester, 10% Lycra, 65% Acrylic, and only 15% wool!!! For some people, this is not good in contact with the skin, so I always wear it over a cotton shirt!! Unfortunately, it is very bad that this information is not mentioned anywhere before you buy it!!!!
