For two months now, I've been taking one cap a day. Very strange taste but it doesn't seem strange to me, it's a pharmaceutical preparation, not juice. If you drink water, the taste is completely rinsed away. As for effectiveness, I have nothing to comment on. I believe these things become apparent after six months. If I remember correctly, around one and a half months, the bottle lasts with one cap a day. I have irritable bowel syndrome and it hasn't bothered me.

I have been using this collagen for about 6 months now (possibly a little longer, I don't remember exactly). Firstly, I want to mention that for a few months before starting this, I was taking collagen from Natura Vita which didn't do anything. This one from Medichrom has helped me a lot and I understand that the results are due to it because I was already taking supplements for skin and hair, such as vitamins C, E, and D. In combination with facial care, I have noticed a difference in fine lines and overall skin elasticity. Additionally, hair has started growing again in areas where it had become weak. To conclude, no product works miracles. The differences I saw after taking collagen were noticeable mainly to me in the mirror and not to others (as I always looked much younger than I am and the improvements I wanted to make in my appearance were details). I mention all this because perhaps someone expects collagen supplementation to work like a cosmetic procedure, which is not the case.
*Update* I have been using it for about a year and a half now. In the past few weeks (I think since the beginning of 2024), I started increasing the dosage to one and a half capsules per day, which I took all at once, while in the last 2-3 weeks, I take one in the morning right after waking up and one at night before going to bed, both with half a liter of water. I don't want to increase the dosage any further, as I am already taking twice the recommended amount, mainly because one dose doesn't contain enough hyaluronic acid. I just want to note that for all this time, I saw the biggest effects of the supplement on my hair, but now they are also quite visible on my face (at least to me, as I pay very close attention to every detail). However, every organism is different, so don't assume that the effect on yours will be the same.
*Update 2* In the past week, when I stopped shaving my beard, I noticed that the 4 white hairs that I had noticed a few months ago and had started to worry about are no longer there. Also, there is no longer a specific number of white hairs in areas where I had noticed their presence. Additionally, regarding my hair, when I was 21, I noticed that my hair was gradually thinning on the forehead and above the cheeks. Now, after about a year and a half of daily collagen intake, my hair is almost back to where it was when I was in high school (I estimate that by summer, it will have fully recovered everywhere).
Note 1: Yes, the taste is not the best, but why would you expect it to taste good? Just swallow one capsule and drink water, it's neither juice nor a soft drink, it literally comes from fish skin.
Note 2: Like any supplement, collagen also requires time and consistency. Combine it with some kind of cod liver oil/fish oil/vitamin D for maximum results.

Να πω αρχικά ότι για κάποιους μήνες πριν το αρχίσω έπαιρνα κολλαγόνο της Natura Vita που δεν έκανε τίποτα. Αυτό της Medichrom με έχει βοηθήσει πολύ και καταλαβαίνω ότι η δράση οφείλεται σε αυτό, γιατί γενικά έπαιρνα και πριν συμπληρώματα που βοηθούν το δέρμα και τα μαλλιά, όπως βιταμίνες C,E,D. Σε συνδυασμό με περιποίηση προσώπου, έχω δει διαφορά σε λεπτές γραμμές και στη γενικότερη ελαστικότητα του δέρματος. Επίσης, έχουν αρχίσει να βγαίνουν ξανά μαλλιά σε σημεία που είχαν αποδυναμωθεί. Να πω κλείνοντας, ότι κανένα σκεύασμα δεν κάνει θαύματα. Οι διαφορές που είδα εγώ μετά τη λήψη του κολλαγόνου είναι παρατηρήσιμες κυρίως από εμένα στον καθρέφτη και όχι από άλλους (καθώς πάντοτε έμοιαζα πολύ μικρότερος από όσο είμαι και αυτά που ήθελα να βελτιώσω στην εμφάνισή μου είναι λεπτομέρειες). Τα λέω όλα αυτά, γιατί ίσως κανείς περιμένει η λήψη κολλαγόνου να λειτουργεί όπως μια αισθητική επέμβαση, πράγμα που δεν ισχύει.
*Update* Πλέον το χρησιμοποιώ γύρω στον ενάμιση χρόνο. Τις τελευταίες βδομάδες (νομίζω από την αλλαγή του χρόνου 2024 και μετά) είχα αρχίσει να αυξάνω τη δόση σε ενάμισι καπάκι τη μέρα, το οποίο έπαιρνα όλο μαζί, ενώ τις τελευταίες 2-3 βδομάδες παίρνω ένα το πρωί αμέσως αφότου ξυπνήσω και ένα το βράδυ πριν κοιμηθώ, και τα δύο μαζί με μισό λίτρο νερό. Δε θέλω να αυξήσω άλλο τη δόση, καθώς ήδη παίρνω την διπλάσια από τη συνιστώμενη, κυρίως την αύξησα γιατί η μία δόση δεν περιέχει αρκετό υαλουρονικό οξύ. Απλά να παρατηρήσω ότι τόσο καιρό έβλεπα τις μεγαλύτερες επιδράσεις του συμπληρώματος στα μαλλιά, ενώ τώρα φαίνονται και στο πρόσωπο αρκετά (σε μένα τουλάχιστον που κοιτάω πάρα πολύ κάθε λεπτομέρεια). Ο κάθε οργανισμός είναι διαφορετικός ωστόσο, οπότε μη θεωρείτε ότι η επίδραση στον δικό σας θα είναι αντίστοιχη.
*Update 2* Την τελευταία βδομάδα που άφησα τα γένια μου χωρίς να τα ξυρίσω, παρατήρησα ότι οι 4 άσπρες τρίχες στα γένια μου που είχα παρατηρήσει εδώ και κάτι μήνες και είχα αρχίσει να φρικάρω δεν υπάρχουν πλέον. Επίσης, δεν υπάρχει πλέον πολύ συγκεκριμένος αριθμός άσπρων τριχών στα μαλλιά σε σημεία που είχα παρατηρήσει ότι υπήρχαν. Επίσης, όσον αφορά στα μαλλιά, όταν ήμουν 21 είχα παρατηρήσει ότι τα μαλλιά μου είχαν αρχίσει να χάνονται σιγά σιγά στο μέτωπο και πάνω από τους κροτάφους. Πλέον, ενάμιση χρόνο περίπου μετά από καθημερινή λήψη κολλαγόνου, τα μαλλιά μου είναι σχεδόν στο σημείο που ήταν όταν ήμουν στο Λύκειο (υπολογίζω ότι μέχρι το καλοκαίρι θα έχουν επανέλθει παντού)
Παρατήρηση 1: Η γεύση ναι, δεν είναι ό,τι καλύτερο, αλλά γιατί περιμένετε να έχει καλή γεύση; Απλά πιείτε μονορούφι ένα καπάκι και πιείτε νερό, δεν είναι ούτε χυμός ούτε αναψυκτικό, προέρχεται κυριολεκτικά από δέρμα ψαριών.
Παρατήρηση 2: Όπως κάθε συμπλήρωμα, έτσι και το κολλαγόνο χρειάζεται χρόνο και συνέπεια. Συνδυάστε το με κάποιου είδους μουρουνέλαιο/ιχθυέλαιο/βιταμίνη D για τα μέγιστα αποτελέσματα.

I have been using this collagen for about 6 months now (possibly a little longer, I don't remember exactly). Firstly, I want to mention that for a few months before starting this, I was taking collagen from Natura Vita which didn't do anything. This one from Medichrom has helped me a lot and I understand that the results are due to it because I was already taking supplements for skin and hair, such as vitamins C, E, and D. In combination with facial care, I have noticed a difference in fine lines and overall skin elasticity. Additionally, hair has started growing again in areas where it had become weak. To conclude, no product works miracles. The differences I saw after taking collagen were noticeable mainly to me in the mirror and not to others (as I always looked much younger than I am and the improvements I wanted to make in my appearance were details). I mention all this because perhaps someone expects collagen supplementation to work like a cosmetic procedure, which is not the case.
*Update* I have been using it for about a year and a half now. In the past few weeks (I think since the beginning of 2024), I started increasing the dosage to one and a half capsules per day, which I took all at once, while in the last 2-3 weeks, I take one in the morning right after waking up and one at night before going to bed, both with half a liter of water. I don't want to increase the dosage any further, as I am already taking twice the recommended amount, mainly because one dose doesn't contain enough hyaluronic acid. I just want to note that for all this time, I saw the biggest effects of the supplement on my hair, but now they are also quite visible on my face (at least to me, as I pay very close attention to every detail). However, every organism is different, so don't assume that the effect on yours will be the same.
*Update 2* In the past week, when I stopped shaving my beard, I noticed that the 4 white hairs that I had noticed a few months ago and had started to worry about are no longer there. Also, there is no longer a specific number of white hairs in areas where I had noticed their presence. Additionally, regarding my hair, when I was 21, I noticed that my hair was gradually thinning on the forehead and above the cheeks. Now, after about a year and a half of daily collagen intake, my hair is almost back to where it was when I was in high school (I estimate that by summer, it will have fully recovered everywhere).
Note 1: Yes, the taste is not the best, but why would you expect it to taste good? Just swallow one capsule and drink water, it's neither juice nor a soft drink, it literally comes from fish skin.
Note 2: Like any supplement, collagen also requires time and consistency. Combine it with some kind of cod liver oil/fish oil/vitamin D for maximum results.
Το συγκεκριμένο κολλαγόνο το χρησιμοποιώ εδώ και 6 μήνες περίπου (ενδεχομένως και λίγο παραπάνω, δε θυμάμαι ακριβώς). Να πω αρχικά ότι για κάποιους μήνες πριν το αρχίσω έπαιρνα κολλαγόνο της Natura Vita που δεν έκανε τίποτα. Αυτό της Medichrom με έχει βοηθήσει πολύ και καταλαβαίνω ότι η δράση οφείλεται σε αυτό, γιατί γενικά έπαιρνα και πριν συμπληρώματα που βοηθούν το δέρμα και τα μαλλιά, όπως βιταμίνες C,E,D. Σε συνδυασμό με περιποίηση προσώπου, έχω δει διαφορά σε λεπτές γραμμές και στη γενικότερη ελαστικότητα του δέρματος. Επίσης, έχουν αρχίσει να βγαίνουν ξανά μαλλιά σε σημεία που είχαν αποδυναμωθεί. Να πω κλείνοντας, ότι κανένα σκεύασμα δεν κάνει θαύματα. Οι διαφορές που είδα εγώ μετά τη λήψη του κολλαγόνου είναι παρατηρήσιμες κυρίως από εμένα στον καθρέφτη και όχι από άλλους (καθώς πάντοτε έμοιαζα πολύ μικρότερος από όσο είμαι και αυτά που ήθελα να βελτιώσω στην εμφάνισή μου είναι λεπτομέρειες). Τα λέω όλα αυτά, γιατί ίσως κανείς περιμένει η λήψη κολλαγόνου να λειτουργεί όπως μια αισθητική επέμβαση, πράγμα που δεν ισχύει.
*Update* Πλέον το χρησιμοποιώ γύρω στον ενάμιση χρόνο. Τις τελευταίες βδομάδες (νομίζω από την αλλαγή του χρόνου 2024 και μετά) είχα αρχίσει να αυξάνω τη δόση σε ενάμισι καπάκι τη μέρα, το οποίο έπαιρνα όλο μαζί, ενώ τις τελευταίες 2-3 βδομάδες παίρνω ένα το πρωί αμέσως αφότου ξυπνήσω και ένα το βράδυ πριν κοιμηθώ, και τα δύο μαζί με μισό λίτρο νερό. Δε θέλω να αυξήσω άλλο τη δόση, καθώς ήδη παίρνω την διπλάσια από τη συνιστώμενη, κυρίως την αύξησα γιατί η μία δόση δεν περιέχει αρκετό υαλουρονικό οξύ. Απλά να παρατηρήσω ότι τόσο καιρό έβλεπα τις μεγαλύτερες επιδράσεις του συμπληρώματος στα μαλλιά, ενώ τώρα φαίνονται και στο πρόσωπο αρκετά (σε μένα τουλάχιστον που κοιτάω πάρα πολύ κάθε λεπτομέρεια). Ο κάθε οργανισμός είναι διαφορετικός ωστόσο, οπότε μη θεωρείτε ότι η επίδραση στον δικό σας θα είναι αντίστοιχη.
*Update 2* Την τελευταία βδομάδα που άφησα τα γένια μου χωρίς να τα ξυρίσω, παρατήρησα ότι οι 4 άσπρες τρίχες στα γένια μου που είχα παρατηρήσει εδώ και κάτι μήνες και είχα αρχίσει να φρικάρω δεν υπάρχουν πλέον. Επίσης, δεν υπάρχει πλέον πολύ συγκεκριμένος αριθμός άσπρων τριχών στα μαλλιά σε σημεία που είχα παρατηρήσει ότι υπήρχαν. Επίσης, όσον αφορά στα μαλλιά, όταν ήμουν 21 είχα παρατηρήσει ότι τα μαλλιά μου είχαν αρχίσει να χάνονται σιγά σιγά στο μέτωπο και πάνω από τους κροτάφους. Πλέον, ενάμιση χρόνο περίπου μετά από καθημερινή λήψη κολλαγόνου, τα μαλλιά μου είναι σχεδόν στο σημείο που ήταν όταν ήμουν στο Λύκειο (υπολογίζω ότι μέχρι το καλοκαίρι θα έχουν επανέλθει παντού)
Παρατήρηση 1: Η γεύση ναι, δεν είναι ό,τι καλύτερο, αλλά γιατί περιμένετε να έχει καλή γεύση; Απλά πιείτε μονορούφι ένα καπάκι και πιείτε νερό, δεν είναι ούτε χυμός ούτε αναψυκτικό, προέρχεται κυριολεκτικά από δέρμα ψαριών.
Παρατήρηση 2: Όπως κάθε συμπλήρωμα, έτσι και το κολλαγόνο χρειάζεται χρόνο και συνέπεια. Συνδυάστε το με κάποιου είδους μουρουνέλαιο/ιχθυέλαιο/βιταμίνη D για τα μέγιστα αποτελέσματα.
