It does not cover the product for which I bought it. Also, from the company that produces it, after I contacted them, they asked me to send it to their headquarters. Specifically, in Italy.

Amazing, you can control up to 4 devices. You need a computer/laptop to set it up by downloading an app and searching for the model of the device you want to sync. I highly recommend it.

Really the best remote control I have ever bought in my life! I have on it: television - home cinema - box. Instant response to everything and the best part is that it runs like a bullet! On other remotes I have bought, while you hold the volume +-, they were very slow and went in slow motion. This one runs incredibly fast. I highly recommend it!!!

Purchased for a 32" smart Tesla 32t320shs TV, and despite the fact that I contacted the company's support by sending the model of the TV and then a photo of the original remote control, and they uploaded the appropriate code for it, unfortunately only the power on works with this specific TV.
Trying to see if the control was the issue, I set the code for the TCL 50C725 that I have and the remote worked perfectly.
Minus one star from me because although it is supposed to be compatible and there is a corresponding code for a certain TV, in reality, it is not. Maybe a matter of luck.
Otherwise, good construction and easy programming.

Very stylish, very cheap, and exactly as described in the advertisement. Very easy to choose the model of the television where it will be used and a very wide range of brands, something that (attention!!) other remote controls do not have. Good shipping packaging. Very good purchase for the money. No comparison with the cheap Chinese ones found at markets for 10 euros. Just a little larger in dimensions compared to the originals that come with the new television models.

I use it on an old Sony Trinitron CRT TV and it works great.

I sent an email to the company about my TV model if it exists and they replied in less than a day, telling me that it is already in stock!!! Programming is done immediately within 1 minute!!! I also connected the HIFI to the AUX port!!!! It only has one negative... It is quite big and cheaply made. But it doesn't even cost ten euros. It's worth it a thousand times!!! However, be careful. It requires new batteries to operate. Do not use the existing ones

I can't find a flaw. It doesn't take more than 3 minutes to connect it. It does its job perfectly. Top purchase!

I received it yesterday 11/4/2024. I downloaded the remote control software, found the TV model, programmed the remote (supposedly). Oh no. Nothing, complete silence. It simply doesn't work. Waste of money, literally. Stay away.

Do not even think if you should buy it. It is very easy to set up and it works right away. Personally, I installed drivers for the Panasonic TX-L32U10E and it worked perfectly.

Note: One very positive thing is that the package includes a Micro-USB to USB cable, so the only thing you will need to buy extra if you don't have is x2 AAA batteries, which you need to have inserted in the remote control before connecting it to a computer or laptop for its setup.

I took a risk with the purchase because I didn't believe it could be connected to a Cambridge Soundworks 5.1 dtt3500 sound system, a 2001 model. For me, it is excellent!

In my opinion, the best remote control that exists! I have connected it to the television, DVD, and VCR. You go to the website, download the file, open it, click on the search, enter the model of your device, press programming, and it's done

I sent an email to the manufacturer company BEFORE buying the controller, to ask if there is a setup for my TV (a Toshiba that didn't work with any other generic). They replied in 10 minutes, saying that they uploaded the code for the PC software, through which the controller is set up. I bought it and set it up via PC in 2 minutes... It works like the original!!!
(P.S: It's not mentioned in the instructions, but before connecting it to the PC, insert the batteries in the controller)

It really does what it says..!!! Very easily with the application from the company's website, you download and transfer the software to the remote control... I connected the TV, soundbar, and the Vodafone box...! All in one remote control... truly incredible... I recommend it... I would just like better build quality, more sturdy and smaller if possible... but I'm asking for a lot considering the money you pay and what it offers... buy it without fear

Excellent remote control...very easy programming. I use it for 2 devices. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

The photo was taken after three years of daily intense use. Very good remote control, easy to program, durable, convenient in size, and has a long range.

I bought it for a Philips DVD player remote control..... a model that is still available (not old)... meaning a well-known brand... and... nothing... the model is not listed in the menu.... unacceptable. The worst part... I sent an email to the company in Italy... to update their list with this remote control, clearly stating the DVD model... and they told me that they couldn't find it and asked if I could send them the remote control itself (of the DVD, that is) with a courier to Italy if it's working!

I have a realme TV, because not many are available, it's not easy to find a remote control. I bought the superior freedom 4 in 1 remote control and unfortunately when I tried to program it according to the instructions, the TV model was not listed, nor was the brand. I sent them an email and to my surprise, they responded the same day and the next day they had loaded the program and it worked perfectly! I did not expect such a prompt response to a customer's request. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

For its price, it is perfect. I set it up for a Samsung TV and a Yamaha A-S500 stereo amplifier. It does its job flawlessly

With an unknown 14'' CRT AKAI television (which I found on the street, untouched but without a remote control), I made some attempts and although it didn't have the exact model, it worked with another one (I went into settings/sound/image even though the "OK" button didn't work, but I used the television's button). I couldn't make it work with another one I have, a TATUNG. It worked perfectly with the classic previous generation LCD LG. If it had a larger memory, meaning for 5-10 remote controls, I would eliminate the rest.
It is a recent purchase, so I cannot comment on quality/durability. We shall see..

I asked them to input data for a digital receiver remote control and they told me to send them my own remote control to Italy.

Programming is relatively easy and fast.
However, in my case, I managed to pair only one device. They did not have the other three, and I'm talking about brand new devices, a TV box, and a soundbar.
I emailed them the devices, but they couldn't find them. They asked me for a photo of the remote controls, but still couldn't find them. As a last resort, they asked me to mail them the original remote controls so they could try to program them themselves and then send them back to me, which is impossible since I don't have spare remote controls.
So, this particular remote control is essentially useless to me.
It would be good to check their website for compatibility before making a purchase.

The remote control is very good for its price! The instructions are simple, programming is very easy, but what impressed me was the response of the service to my email that I couldn't find the model of my TV in the endless list they have. Within a day, they uploaded the required software for it. Unbelievable. As for its durability, etc., it is still early, but it seems to be of higher quality than a remote control of similar price.
