Very good, it solved my dandruff and itching problem very quickly. At first I washed my hair every other day, and after three weeks I wash with it once a week. On the other days, I use my regular shampoo.

Without the original Selsun, which you can now only find in Australia or India, this is the next best solution, but don't expect the same results as the old good Selsun-Fugoral combination

The shampoo does what it promises. I had quite a bit of dandruff in the parting area and after 2 uses the condition improved quite satisfactorily.... although it did dry my hair somewhat, but that varies from person to person. Now I use it once a week and the progress continues! I recommend it!

Very good product, it worked very well for my dry skin; within two or three days there was no more itching, and after a week of use there was no dry skin at all.

Finally I found a product for seborrheic dermatitis that does its job and at the same time doesn’t smell like aerosol! My recurring problem is on the scalp at the very front and on the temples! I use it about 2 times a week for maintenance and if for some reason I forget and it comes back, I use it daily and in 3-4 days max the irritation, itching, and redness have disappeared! And all this at a pretty good price compared to other “more medicinal” products. Try it and I believe it will help you a lot!

For curly hair it hasn't helped... it made my hair like straw, while the itching returned after 2 weeks. Also, it doesn't smell very nice.

It saved me!! It is excellent.
My hair is very oily and needs frequent washing. After I got dreadlocks and had to wash less often, the oiliness improved but the dermatitis got worse than ever!!
After using this, everything went away... dryness, flakes, itching.

It is a treatment and has instructions, four weeks of use!!
Obviously, extended use will cause problems.

This is a very good shampoo, it helps a lot with dandruff. I have used it for prevention several times. I have tried different shampoos and brands for dandruff, but only this shampoo has helped me get rid of it.

After many purchases and trials, finally END of dandruff, dry scalp, and itching on my head... I used to sit on the couch and if I moved, it was like it was snowing behind me (literally) and I had tried many shampoos... If I didn't wash my hair every day, I would get terrible itching... The trial was done from February to May (those who have the problem know that it gets worse with the cold outside) and it worked perfectly... not 5/5 but 50/5 stars are not enough!!!!

contrary to other reviews, I don't find the smell to be that bad or lingering. it's just a typical selenium-based shampoo smell (if you know what to expect, you're not surprised. and there are easy ways to deal with that). on the other hand, I'm very impressed by how effective it's been. Very strong unpleasant smell. I smell it all day. It makes the scalp oily. In general, it helps with dryness and dandruff.

The shampoo may be effective for dandruff, but it caused a huge problem at home. It contains selenium, which emits a strong, unpleasant odor (like rotten eggs or a strong chemical) that "soaks" into the drain trap. For two months we were trying to figure out where the smell in the bathroom was coming from, we even called a plumber and kept pouring drain cleaners and bleach with no result. The smell kept getting stronger, especially at night, and wouldn't go away even with plugs. As soon as we stopped using it and removed the bottle, the situation started to improve. I find it unacceptable that there is no warning about such a strong side effect that disrupts the functioning of the household.

The best I have ever used! Not only does it do its job, but it also leaves a unique feeling on my hair. I wouldn't change it.

I have always washed my hair once a week, it never got oily, never smelled, it was always just fine. It does what it promises but leaves the hair quite dry. I would suggest using more moisturizing shampoos on the lengths

Unfortunately, it didn't suit me at all. It didn't help me with seborrhea nor with hair loss, but other products suited me better.
I can't say "I recommend it" or "I don't recommend it." With this condition, you have to find the product that suits you.

A dermatologist recommended it to us for our little one because he has a very dry scalp. When applied, it doesn't smell very nice, but afterwards it's okay.
