Description

DOCa Rioja.

Viura is one of the most underrated varieties in the world, as many wine enthusiasts believe it cannot produce exceptional wines. However, the Rioja Blanco Muga, with 90% Viura and 10% Malvasia, is a truly wonderful wine.

The secret lies in the very careful selection of the fruit, as only 50% of the production is chosen. Fermentation takes place in new "Nevers" French oak barrels. Once fermentation is complete, it is left for an additional three months in contact with the fine lees. It ages for five to seven years.
