I love frezyderm baby products and have purchased many that I love for my baby. This product was mediocre. It doesn’t actually calm down my infants spots (I find Aveeno actually more affective). However when my baby has saliva rash or dryness after having spots, I use this cream as it is a thick texture so it helps with dryness.

The most useless cream, at least for us, made our little one's acne worse than it was before when we stopped using it, it calmed down
