The war comics magazine is back for a fresh start! In the ’70s, war comics magazines flooded the market. The most famous of them all was Drasis. First published in May 1969, it ran until it reached the legendary total of 1,170 issues. Most of the stories featured in this magazine had a strong anti-war message, and it also showcased the work of great creators, including Hugo Pratt (Corto Maltese).
Now called Drasi rather than Drasis, our new magazine is not just another revival. Instead, it takes a broader approach, featuring a variety of war comics by some of the Ninth Art’s most prominent figures. In issue 4, you’ll find the following comic stories: Johnny Red by Tom Tully & Joe Colquhoun, Antidoron by Thanasis Petrou, Charley’s War by Pat Mills & Joe Colquhoun, Major Eazy by Alan Hebden & Carlos Ezquerra, The Sergeant by Herry Finley-Day & Mike Western, Suicide Squad by Gerry Finley-.
