The G-sensor automatically protects recordings in the event of a collision, while loop recording overwrites older files. Parking mode includes collision detection recording and Time-Lapse; a Hardwire Kit is required and sold separately. The device uses a supercapacitor and operates in temperatures from approximately -20 °C to 85 °C.
