The ATEN CE824 KVM & Data Switch is a KVM extender system featuring HDMI Dual View and HDBaseT 2.0 technology. It transmits HDMI and USB signals over a single cable, while supporting two displays and remote KVM control. Wired transmission also includes stereo audio and RS-232.

In standard mode, it supports resolutions up to 4K or 1080p over distances of up to 100 m. Long Reach Mode allows transmission of 1080p or 720p up to 150 m over Cat 6/6A cable. The system consists of a transmitter unit and a receiver unit.
